Breakfast
Every morning, all overnight guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary full Southern breakfast in our Holly Shop Café’.

In the evening, guests gather on the Roof Top Terrace or the 600 Franklin Street Piano Bar for drinks and complimentary hors d’oeuvres prior to the evening meal. For dinner, guests have two dining options: The four-course Franklin Street Table dinner is served in The LaSalle Room or the a la carte menu of The Holly Shop Café. The attire for dinner is upscale casual. Reservations are required for both dining experiences.

Franklin Street Dining
The four-course Franklin Street Table menu is written each morning by our executive chef. There is one seating of dinner each evening at 7:00pm A starter, salad, entrée, and dessert make up the four courses. The guest has a choice of three entrée’s. The entrée options usually consist of a Beef Filet, a seafood entrée, and a poultry or game entrée. The Franklin Street Table in the LaSalle Room seats up to twelve guests. There are also two private tables for two-four.

The Holly Shop Cafe
The a la carte restaurant opens at 6:00pm each evening. The menu offers numerous appetizers, soups, salads, entrées, and desserts. Seating options in the restaurant are customizable to fit the needs of the guest.
The superiority of the cuisine is only surpassed by the quality of the wait staff’s service.
