ABOUT US

Our Rich Heritage

The Natchez Manor was renovated to become one of the premier buildings on Franklin Street in 2010. It was built in the 1800's and was a part of the thriving commerce on Franklin Street. At one time, it was the Holly Shop, a clothing store for women and young misses in the 1960's and early 70's. In the 70's, Family Fashions occupied the site; however, it closed in the 90's and the building was not occupied until its present resurrection, reviving its rich heritage.

During the Summer of 2019, new owner Eric Berry and family fell in love with the building. His father, James Berry, grew up in Natchez and after many family trips here Eric knew he wanted to invest into this historic community.  Eric purchased the building and business and has brought it back to life! He is adding his unique touches to the building especially in the bar and eventually each room. His goal is to create a welcoming environment for everyone to sit back, listen to music that touches their soul and enjoy each other.
